It was excellent and all staff very helpful we all had a very good stay
Just arrived after a busy day and lovely suite to relax in. Staff very accommodating and helpful. If the food is as good as the room I would give a 4.5 just because of the steps to the room.
This is a very good hotel. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars is because the owner ,On arrival was on the reception desk. And I thought that her attitude was terrible. She needs a lesson in happy outlook. And please learn to smile, it really doesn't cause any pain.
Pretty expensive food for what you get. Server was lovely but it took a long time to arrive and some of the items were a little off. Fairly good food albeit use of salt is needed
Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities. In a nice quiet location but still within an easy stroll of the town centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
