Was a good shoe shop. Now sadly closed or close to shutting down.
So its ok for one of your staff to complain about the noise a little boy was making who is globally delayed...and ask her to stand outside with her children....disgraceful Absolutely disgusted with the store PARRY SHOES (who sell Clark shoes) - for all who dont know George he was born early and suffered severe asphyxia (14 mins resuscitation) .. now almost 2 hes only just learnt how to walk , and still isnt great , very clumsy , George still cannot talk and do a lot of things most kids his age can .. hes being assessed by a lot of doctors , but there is no doubt he is globally delayed .Every day is a battle for myself and George , his meltdowns can be quiet traumatising for us both say the least. I took George to parry shoes to get his first pair of Clarks , the lady was aware of his complex needs and measured George and got him some shoes , George hates shoes , this sent him into a melt down where he was between crying / screaming and going quiet .. we decided to get the shoes anyway and keep trying at home , whilst in the queue that was taking a while the lady behind the counter said oh my god can you just take him outside I replied excuse me? .. to then she replied I cant cope with that noise of him just screaming in here I said so you are saying me and my son have to stand outside in the cold and rain .. she said yes take him out , Ive had a busy day and hes just screaming I left and stood outside with my son. This was extremely upsetting for my self and even my daughter! And within that my 5 year old said George doesnt understand mummy, whys that lady tell him to leave thats not nice to my baby brother (whilst crying and extremely upset after what had happened & seeing me upset ) She should be ashamed of herself , what a disgusting way to treat a child, especially after they was aware of his needs. Please share ! An apology would be gladly accepted!!Apology is the least you can do!!!!
Great service, good selection but closing in March.... Surely a business opportunity for someone...
