Really happy with the service at FBM Lettings. They found me a suitable tenant very quickly with no hassle at all.
I maybe byest but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my personal properties that I let out through the Rental Dept for the past 15 years . Always updated with the new procedures coming in and I have the back up of qualified staff to protect me !
I have a large portfolio of residential properties and I asked Charlotte to value them when I was having a difficult time with an another agency was managing them as I work away from the area. I must say the service has been extremely efficient since transfering over to FBM. All the staff are smiley, friendly and approachable and have legal experience which is extremely helpful. I look forward to growing my portfolio and working together for many years to come. 5 stars from me, thanks girls. Mark
We shall NEVER use FBM again. Viewed a property in view of renting. Asked the agent showing us around if the property suffers with damp, mould, etc... Told 'No'. Paid out over 1500 and moved in Spring time. As soon as Summer was over, huge problems with Damp & Mould. Not only was it appearing on Walls & Ceilings, but found it had started attacking our furniture, clothes, bedding, etc... Windows constantly streaming with condensation. Mopping up water every morning and evening as a result. Floors as cold as an icerink, even when heating is on. Rear garden water logged as soon as we have wet weather, turning it into a bog. NOT HAPPY!!!
Don't bother go elsewhere! Had nothing but problems with them before I even got keys. Heard bad things but still went ahead anyway. Quick enough to take your money but crap at everything else!!!! Be warned, as a tenant consider going somewhere else if they ''manage'' the property. I had to do pretty much all the following up and arrange my life around them. Communication poor. Had a terrible experience. I've used several estate agents for lettings and this by far has been the worst I have ever dealt with across Pembrokeshire and South Wales. Granted the landlord also has parts to play but as a property "manager" you've done a terrible job. Thank goodness I am not a mystery shopper.
